The main characteristic of our cuisine is simplicity. We rely on the quality of our ingredients rather than on elaborate preparation.
All of our dishes are made with the freshest ingredients available on the local market and all our Italian products are imported from Italy.

The bar keeps the same hours as the candles.
Averna and Romana Sambuca stand backlit under the brick vault. Aperitivo before, digestivo after, and the occasional drink that arrives on fire.
Il tocco finale
The plate leaves the kitchen signed.
The panna cotta arrives with “Sotto Sotto” written in chocolate around the rim, in steadier handwriting than most of us manage on paper.
